This strand focuses on data and assessment to improve student achievement, evaluate needs, and set goals. The target audience for this strand are those responsible for school improvement, including assistant superintendents and administrators.

2. Differentiated Instruction
This strand focuses on differentiating instructional practices based on the needs of the students. The target audience is specialists and classroom teachers that provide a variety of interventions and instructional strategies.

3. Digital Creation
This strand focuses on creating digital media for student projects, communication with parents and community stakeholders, and professional development needs. The target audience is classroom teachers, and especially fine arts & communication arts teachers.

4. Virtual Teaching & Learning
This strand focuses on teaching and learning online. The target audience is classroom teachers and leaders interested in using online resources, library media specialists, professional development directors, and communications directors.
